Ingredients

Red Chilly, Coriander, Rice, Red Gram Dal (Toor Dal), Asafoetida, Curry Leaves, Cumin, Fenugreek, Black Pepper, Cinnamon.

Method Of Cooking

Method of Preparation:


1. Pressure cook 100 gm toor dal in 1 liter of water, whisk & keep aside.

2. Heat 1 tbsp. oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves & pinch of hing powder.

3. Sauté 1 chopped onion till golden brown. Add 1 chopped tomato, 2 tbsp. TIT-BIT SAMBHAR MASALA & salt as per taste.

4. Add cooked dal & vegetables of your choice (drumstick, potato, pumpkin), sugar & tamarind pulp as per taste. Boil & cook for 5-7 minutes on low flame.
