Refund policy

RETURNS 

As we are dealing with food products, our company follows a strict no return or exchange policy. On the exceptional case that the product delivered is wrong or damaged, we will send a replacement after verifying with the customer on a special case basis. For such issues, please contact our customer care team at care@titbitspices.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. 

If the order comes back to us due to unsuccessful delivery, the order amount will be refunded back to you excluding the shipping charges paid by you (if applicable).  

 

CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER 

A customer can cancel an order anytime up to the time the order has been dispatched by calling our customer service. Once the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.
