Tit-Bit Pani Puri Masala-50g Box (Pack of 2)

Black Salt, Salt (37%), Dry Mango, Cumin, Black Pepper, Mint Leaves, Coriander, Red Chilly, Dry Ginger, Acidity Regulator INS 330, Ajwain, Asafoetida.

Method of Preparation:

1. In 1½ liter chilled water, add paste of 2 cups mint leaves, ¼ cup coriander leaves, 8-10 green chillies, 1 inch piece of ginger, juice of 2 lemons.
2. Add 2 ½ tbsp. Tit-Bit Pani Puri Masala & salt and black salt as per taste.
3. Serve along with tamarind & dates chutney.
4. Stuffing for Puri: 4 boiled & mashed potatoes, 1 cup soaked boondi, 1 cup par-boiled green gram. The stuffing can be mixture of your choice.
