Ingredients

Coriander, Red Chilly, Cumin, Garlic, Fennel, Bay Leaves, Star Anise, Black Pepper, Common Salt, Dry Mango, Cinnamon, Clove, Stone Flower, Onion Powder, Turmeric, Green Cardamom. Calcium Stearate [(Anticaking Agents INS 470 (i)].
Method Of Cooking

Method of Preparation:


1. Marinate 500gm mutton pieces with 1 ½ tbsp. ginger-garlic paste, ¼ cup curd, 1 ½ tbsp. TIT-BIT MEAT MASALA, salt as per taste & refrigerate for 1 hour.

2. Heat 4 tbsp. oil, sauté puree of 3 onions & ½ tsp. ginger-garlic paste.

3. Add marinated mutton, salt as per taste & 2 cup water. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

4. Add 1 tbsp. TIT-BIT MEAT MASALA. Cover & cook on low flame till mutton is fully cooked.
