Ingredients

Coriander, Cumin, Dry Pomegranate Seeds, Red Chilly, Black Salt, Dry Mango, Salt (17%), Clove, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Kachari, Dry Amla, Kasoori Methi, Cinnamon, Fennel, Black Cardamom, Ajwain, Dry Ginger.
Method Of Cooking

Method of Preparation:
1. Soak 100 gm chick peas overnight & boil with 1 tsp. TIT-BIT CHHOLE MASALA.
2. Heat 2 tbsp. oil, sauté 2 chopped onions till golden brown.
3. Add 2 chopped green chillies, 2 tsp. ginger-garlic paste & cook puree of 1 tomato. Add boiled chick peas along with water.
4. Heat 1 tbsp. ghee in a separate pan, pour it over cooked chick peas along with 2 tbsp. TIT-BIT CHHOLE MASALA & salt as per taste, cover & simmer for 5 minutes.
