Ingredients

Salt (35%), Black Salt, Dry Mango, Cumin, Coriander, Dry Pomegranate Seeds, Dry Ginger, Sugar, Mint Leaves, Black Pepper, Asafoetida, Red Chilly, Acidity Regulator INS 330
Method Of Cooking

Method of Preparation:

1. Soak 200gm Urad dal overnight. Add 1 green chilly, small piece of ginger, salt as per taste & grind to fine thick paste.
2. Deep fry the Vada in oil till golden brown & immediately soak the fried vadas in water for 15-20 minutes. Press the vada by hand to remove excess water.
3. In 2 cup chilled & churned curd, add 1 tbsp. sugar & salt as per taste. In a bowl, put the curd mixture all over the vada & add date-tamarind chutney on top. Sprinkle TIT-BIT CHAT MASALA.
