It contains sufficient amount of vitamin A which fulfils one’s daily intake. It also acts as an excellent antioxidant due to the presence of vitamin C essential for strengthening the immune system. With the presence of beta carotenoids, they wipe out the radical bodies that can promote the build-up of cholesterol.
