The Journey to our roots

Our pioneer, Shree Dalichand Doshi, who started Tit-Bit came to Mumbai from Mahuva.

In 1960, he started a retail shop in Bhuleshwar, Mumbai where he sold spices and mouth fresheners.

In 1970, Shree Mahendra Doshi joined his father in the business starting a new era. He was inspired by his love for Indian spices and reach new horizons. His entrepreneurship boosted the path of success for Tit-Bit and he is entitled “Man with 22-Carat Spices” for the purity and quality of spices.

In 1979 Shree Mahendra Doshi started a wholesale shop named Vijay Dhanadal Supply Co. at Masjid Bundar as the hub of wholesale business.

Shree Mahendra Doshi established Kwality Food & Masala Product in the year 1983 at Marol-Andheri.

In 1989, Shree Vijay Doshi redefined and expanded the dimensions of business. His vision identified the market of
Indian spices in overseas.

In 1990, to cater for customers from Bandra to Borivali, a second wholesale shop was started in Malad under
Vijay Sales Corporation.

In 1992, Shree Nimesh Doshi established a supply chain to procure the finest quality raw materials from crop
origin centres.

In 1995, Tit-Bit started direct exporting and expanded the business globally.

In 1996, Shree Nikhil Doshi extended the legacy of Tit-Bit with extensive marketing initiatives.

In 1997, Tit-Bit’s world-class manufacturing facility with modern technology started functioning in full force at
Mahape-Navi Mumbai.

In 2003, Tit-Bit organized a “Mandal” during the summer months of March to May, where we invited our customers
to buy the best quality spices conveniently. This also created employment opportunities for homemakers.

In 2004, we introduced a wide range of flavourful blended spices.

2005 onwards, we have strived to build a strong and reputable brand name across the globe with our wide range
of food products.

In 2016, Smt. Krupa Doshi spiced up the brand with her creativity and ideas.

In 2022, we launched 11 products in our Oriental Mixes and nine products in the No-Onion, No-Garlic range.

We are unstoppable and are working on innovations to serve our customers with love, care and some tasty food.
