JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Required experience of minimum 5-7 years in FMCG industry.
2) Able to manage a team 10-15 Sales Executives & amp; SOs.
3) Should be Familiar with Geography of the region.
4) Should have good trade relations with Distributors and dealers across the region.
5) Should be computer literate.
6) He will be responsible for the Execution of plans in the said territory.
7) Will be responsible for target achievements of the said territory.
8) Should have training capabilities to train the ground staff.
9) Should be efficient in reporting.
10) Flexible to work as and where required by management.
Must Have 5 to 7 years of FMCG experience and should have handled about 10 Sales Executives.
