Operational Philosophy

Manufacturing – Cutting Edge Technology

The world-class manufacturing facility occupying over 44,000 sq. Ft. is located in the port city of Navi Mumbai, India. It has been set up by not only adopting best industry practices but also by incorporating modern technology.

All critical functions like drying, cleaning, grinding, blending, coating, roasting and packaging have been undertaken under one roof for ease of supervision and quality compliance. Besides, the facility also undertakes heat treatment for spices along with global practices. The company employs over 200 people in a manufacturing facility.

 

The production processes have been optimized, that enables us to achieve the best quality standards at the most economical cost, thereby the end consumer would not only get the benefit of cover cost but also enjoy the best in quality spices and food products.

In recognition to achieving highest standards in manufacturing processes across the spectrum, the manufacturing facility has been accredited with FSSC:22000 and ISO 22000:2005.

Quality – Prime Focus

Our deep commitments to a quality shown in the care taken at every stage as ‘Trinity of Excellence,’ rigorously practiced through a selection of raw materials, processing, packaging, and storage. Combine this with keen marketing insight and anticipating needs of the consumer make tit-bit a key differentiator and thus enable its products to outshine best in quality. For us, the term control does not imply that a poor raw material is converted into a good finished product. In our proprietary food processing methodology, the fundamental principle is to preserve the original quality of raw material to the delight our customers.

We also have an in-house R&D laboratory to make sure that the formulation, type of sampling and tests applied reflect in finished products. Rigid tests are carried out on various parameters like moisture and ash content, levels of aflatoxin, salmonella, e-cocci, etc..

Apart from manufacturing and exporting to various countries, we also supply­ to other domestic exporters.

As a consequence of due diligence adopted from an ab-initio stage, we have ensured the finished product to be best in the industry for its quality, taste and shelf life. We guarantee that the consumer gets the benefit of longer shelf life without compromising on quality by its most advanced packaging technology.

We have expanded our product bandwidth from Indian specific derivatives of spices and food products to cater to the global palate by unique blends that are in high demand in overseas market.
